Common malfunction of tea packing machine:

Not tightly sealed about tea bag packing machine:
1, check whether the temperature to seal the required temperature, can be appropriate to improve the temperature.
2, check the pressure is large enough to seal the texture clear as well.
3, check whether there is heating (pay attention to temperature control meter, fuse, solid-state relay, heating element).
4. Whether the cutter is set too high, the sealing face is opened.
5, transverse seal copper sleeve wear.

Tea Packaging Machine counter does not count
1. The position proximity switch does not detect the cam;
2, position close to the switch damage;
3, the PLC program damage.
